Forward at the auto-receptionist (main number) level so every call reaches Rosli.

    Zoom web portal → Phone System Management → Auto Receptionists → your main number.

  2. 2

    Under Call Handling, set business hours and closed hours to "Forward to an external number" and enter your Rosli number.

  3. 3

    Save. Call the main number from a cell to confirm Rosli answers.
