Rosli

Features

Everything a great front desk does, on every call, at any hour.

Rosli is built only for insurance agencies. It knows the difference between a dec-page request and a first notice of loss, and it knows which callers must reach a licensed person before it says another word.

1

24/7 answering on your existing number

Nothing changes for your customers: same number, same office name. You set a forward in your phone system (a one-minute setting; we have a how-to for every common system) and Rosli answers from that moment. Turn the forward off and the line is back to normal within a minute.

2

Warm transfer with a whisper and press-1

Rosli rings your team (one desk, a ring group, or everyone at once), reads a one-line preview to whoever answers, and only bridges the caller when someone presses 1. Voicemail can never intercept a transfer. The caller's own number passes through, so your CRM screen-pop still fires. If nobody picks up in half a minute, Rosli comes back on the line and takes a message.

3

A summary email for every call

Every call that reached your team, left a message, or hung up while connecting produces one plain email to the mailbox you choose (we recommend the shared service@ inbox, not one person's address). No app to install, nothing to log into. Works even where the office laptops cannot open outside websites.

4

New-quote intake your producers can rate from

Drivers, vehicles, addresses, current carrier, renewal date: Rosli asks what a producer would ask, confirms it back, and routes new business to sales before anything else. Existing customers get a short intake: name, what they need, and straight to service.

5

After-hours messages, urgent calls escalated

Rosli knows your hours. After close it never rings desks that will go to night voicemail; it takes a structured message and emails it. Optionally, urgent calls (a claim, a distressed caller) ring one on-call number instead. Callers with a claim also get the carrier's 24/7 claims line if you ask us to give it.

6

Returning callers recognized, every language served

Rosli remembers the name and language of people who called before, so the second call starts with "Welcome back". It answers in whatever language the caller speaks and switches mid-call if they do, while the preview your team hears is always in your office's language. Spam, robocalls and vendor pitches are screened before anyone's phone rings.

On the phone

What Rosli handles, what it captures, what it hands off

The routing defaults below come from a real agency's day. Every one of them is editable per office.

Handles itself
  • Office hours, holiday hours, directions
  • "Do you write commercial / life / motorcycle?"
  • "Does anyone speak Spanish?"
  • Carrier claims number, roadside number
  • Where to email documents
  • Spam, robocalls and vendor pitches (screened out)

Answered from your office facts (hours, address, lines you write, carrier numbers). Reviewed by you before go-live.

Captures, then routes
  • ID cards, dec pages, proof of insurance → service
  • Billing and payment questions → service
  • Address, phone, email changes → service
  • New auto, home and life quotes → sales, first
  • Add a vehicle or driver, buying a house → sales
  • Renewal went up, want to cancel → a person, right away
  • First notice of loss → your claims rule (person, carrier line, or both)
  • Lienholders, body shops, other agencies → service

Rosli asks what your team would ask, confirms it, then rings the right people with a preview.

A human on the first turn
  • Quote a price, rate or premium
  • Answer "am I covered for…?"
  • Bind, activate or confirm coverage
  • Advise on a claim, or handle an injury, death or total-loss claim alone
  • Take card numbers or health details
  • Keep an angry, distressed or legal-threat caller away from a human

No containment, no 'let me try to help': these callers hear 'let me get you a licensed team member' right away.

Captive agents

State Farm, Farmers, Allstate: email is the channel

Corporate laptops often cannot open outside websites, so Rosli is designed to need none: every call arrives as a plain email in your office mailbox, and transfers ring your desks like any other call. Forwarding is a self-service setting in your phone system; we have a how-to for each. The dashboard is there for your phone or home computer.
